About Me

Originally from Los Angeles, I moved with my family to Yuba City at a young age. During that transition, we were involved in a car accident—an experience that introduced me to chiropractic care for the first time. That moment stayed with me and ultimately shaped the path I chose.

I’ve always known I wanted to help people, but it was through that experience that I found a clear direction. I became inspired to help others recover, move better, and regain their quality of life—just as I did.

What I value most is building genuine connections with my patients. I take the time to understand your goals and create a personalized plan that supports both your recovery and long-term health.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with magna cum laude from San Francisco State University in 2022 and graduated cum laude with my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in 2025. Outside of chiropractic, I love hiking, exploring the city, and spending quality time with my friends and family.

As someone who lives an active lifestyle and is currently training for a full marathon, I understand the importance of taking care of your body—not just to recover from injury, but to prevent future ones.

My goal is simple: to help you move with confidence, feel stronger, and stay active in the things you love.
